What explains the Euro cheese resurgence? Earlier this year, the Biden administration and the European Union called a truce over a 17-year-old dispute related to European subsidies for Boeing rival Airbus. The easing of tariffs, coupled with an upswing in the number of U.S. companies making European-style cheeses domestically, means you can expect to pay less overall for imported cheeses.
