Supermarket chains not enforcing face mask rules

Though a few states now require face masks to be worn by store shoppers, many larger chains—including Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, and CVS—still do not impose such policies. The biggest issues at hand for management are confronting customers for not cooperating and turning away business—while supermarket employees assert that face-covering requirements should be enforced for everyone’s protection.
