The spread of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus first identified in China, has begun to influence the food trade show circuit, Dairy Reporter writes. After the publication reported an expected 40-60 percent drop in attendance at California’s massive Natural Products Expo West, which was supposed to kick off on Tuesday, the event was postponed. Many food-focused shows across Europe and Asia have been postponed or cancelled entirely.
