Costco to pull Palmetto Cheese from shelves following brand owner calling BLM a “terror organization”

Costco decided they will no longer stock Palmetto Cheese, following the brand owner’s racist remarks calling Black Lives Matter a “terror organization” on Facebook last month. The company also received additional backlash for the use of a Black woman on the brand’s label, which they state will be repackaged by the end of October. The News & Observer has the story
