The question was the subject of an intense Texas family feud between the owner of the beloved state fair institution Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs, and her step-granddaughter, who launched her own company, Fletch’s, in 2019. The upshot: The two sides of the family reached a confidential settlement, Fletch’s changed its name, and everyone is looking forward to the state fair returning later this month.
