Beth Hoffman

Beth Hoffman has reported on food and agriculture for more than twenty-five years, airing on NPR, The World, Latino USA, Living on Earth in addition to writing for many publications. She has a Masters from UC Berkeley's School of Journalism and has completed several documentary projects, including a year cooking with immigrant women in their homes and telling their stories. She was an Associate Professor in Media Studies at the University of San Francisco and now lives in rural Iowa raising grass-finished cattle on Whippoorwill Creek Farm. She is currently writing a book on the economics of farming and her farm blog can be found at Iowa-farm.com.
