Disneyland will start reopening later this month. It’s been almost exactly a year since it shut down.
Almost exactly one year after swiftly-shuttered Disney theme parks donated their Mickey-shaped waffles and other excess perishables to area food banks, Disneyland is cautiously reintroducing in-person food events in California, Eater reported. “A Touch of Disney,” a limited-capacity event where guests can wave at Mickey and Minnie from a distance and enjoy “iconic” Disney foods like Dole Whip, starts on March 18. Rides will remain closed for now. In Florida’s Disney World, on the other hand, all systems are basically a-go, albeit at reduced capacity. Magical!
