Budapest restaurant serves dinner on a Ferris wheel, to enable social distancing

In Budapest, Hungary, the Michelin-starred restaurant Costes recently served a four-course meal on the storied Budapest Eye ferris wheel. The special event provided guests in their own cabins on the wheel, along with blankets to keep warm. “The ferris wheel is ideal with its separate cabins so we can solve the issue of separate seating for guests,” said Karoly Gerendai, owner of Costes. Gerendai intends to do it again once it grows warmer. Eater has the story
