Art Cullen is editor of The Storm Lake Times, a twice-weekly newspaper in Storm Lake, Iowa. He won the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for editorial writing, on agricultural surface water pollution. He also is the author of the new book “Storm Lake: A Chronicle of Change, Resilience, and Hope from a Heartland Newspaper” published by Penguin Random House.
