Rollie Wesen
Rollie Wesen , Ed.D. is the co-founder and executive director of the Jacques Pépin Foundation, and since 2011 has been a culinary instructor and Associate Professor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Wesen traveled extensively and cooked professionally in Great Britain and France before returning to the U.S. in 1994, where he cooked at New York City’s Gramercy Tavern and the Rainbow Room, among other restaurants. He is married to Claudine Pépin; after several years in Portland and Denver they returned to the East Coast, where in 2016 they created the Jacques Pépin Foundation with Jacques Pépin.
