Evan Hazelett

Evan Hazelett is a writer, environmentalist, and relentless champion of social impact. As one of the first hires to Imperfect produce in Emeryville, CA, he helped grow the fledging startup from 200 subscriptions in three cities to 5500 weekly deliveries across the Bay Area in a year. Prior to Imperfect, Evan was a copywriter and content designer for Year Up, a national leader in workforce development for urban youth. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Wesleyan University, graduating with High Honors. He lives and works in San Francisco where he wanders barefoot in the botanical garden, reads in parks, hikes mountains, plays soccer, writes music, attends film screenings and storytelling events, and eats all the Mexican food.
