Charlotte Druckman

Charlotte Druckman is an author and journalist who writes predominantly about food. She was the creator and editor of the anthology Women on Food (2019) and the author of Skirt Steak: Women Chefs on Standing the Heat and Staying in the Kitchen (2012). She was also the co-founder/creator of The Tournament of Cookbooks (aka The Piglet) hosted by Food52, has written two cookbooks, and lives in New York City.
