Bob Heuer brings more than 25 years of experience as a freelance reporter to his work as an independent public policy/marketing strategist specializing in agriculture, finance and regional economies. His community service has included a gubernatorial appointment (2010-2014) as a founding director of the Illinois Local Food Farms and Jobs Council.
